Who we are
Prismatic Distilling Company was founded in 2024 by Tyler LuCarelli (that's me in the picture), with plenty of help from family and friends! I have been a wine maker in the Sierra foothills for 5 years, and I have worked in the wine industry for 9. Distilling was always something that fascinated me, so when I had the opportunity to open up my own distilling facility, I jumped! I find the creative process in spirits to be a unique and fun challenge that has led to some delicious products and also broadened my perspective on winemaking.
