We start with professionally made mashes, whether in-house or made by one of our many local winery/brewery partners. Quality starts with fermentation, and we want to make sure that we start with the best.

Using our iStill 500, we are able to make any kind of spirit, from any fermented base mash. After distillation, we can use iStill's extractor accessory to infuse our spirits with all kinds of exciting flavors to create truly unique and fun spirits!
